Will do better next time
Thank you for this brother
My pleasure
I really enjoyed the video breakdown analysis. Often the 'theory" is excellent but "K-Leg application". - 'HOT homes' are due to - Lack of Roof&wall insulation! Walls trap heat- Block-with holds inside(accumulator effect), Roof with no ventilation or insulation. Period! People end up "paying" for more with electricity bills or health hazards... others just the harsh reality of life: I need walls + a roof haha Chaii !
Verryyyyyy educational bro U deserve God's blessings for this..in one way or the other any one can learn something for this video
Beautiful one. Architect Ade Oi Oi Oi Oi Oi

If houses are built like that insurance company wouldn’t have a job
Great job bro!
Absolutely mesmerizing to see the step-by-step process of building a house, starting from the foundation! Consider exploring Buildovate CRM to simplify managing construction projects similar to this!
This video was very helpful, I'm building a house in ghana and seeing this gave me a better understanding of how they build there.
How much does it cost to start and finish a building like this
Why are the bottom stirrups are space so far from each other .From bottom to 60 inches they shouldbe at 10 or 15 cm fom each other .and when reaching the top from pour level on to 60 iches on down 10 or 15 cm .?????The stirrups are too far away from one and other .!!!!Backfill should only use river backfill and well compacted so if any water penetrate it .we wont have any problem of the compaction shriking .I m noticing the recovering steel for the second level are a little bit too short for lapping lenght 12 mm. steel requires more lenght .36 mm or shorter required wielding.
That's good
Reliable partner for your electrical works 1. House wiring 2. Air-conditioner 3. Security # Esca tech electrical company
Very impressive video and explanation however, placing the damp proof membrane on the compacted backfill material and directly placing the hardcore on the dpm is out of place. The hardcore would poke holes in the membrane thereby defeating the essence. My observation.
Great Video my friend
Wow! This was so easy to follow👏🏽. Thank you.
Americans be like "wood is better"
well to be honest, u nailed it. this is just an amazing video sir thank u so much, I'm currently on my internship now. But sir with all due respect, i think u forgot to mention the construction of the THE SOAKAWAY-SEPTIC TANK
Thank you, now i understand a lot of things i didn't understand
Great!
You would just placed a flat roof which compared to that that current roof is very cheap
This setting out is what really disturbs alot. So is high time I master it.
Please Sir I'm a bit confuse after setting the 2m setback, how do I use the building square to place the profile.
Thank you for watching. The 2m setback from the established building plan perimetre is simply a GUIDE for placing the profiles on a straight line parallel to the building perimetre. The 2m value is not mandatory, the value could be higher or lower depending on how much space would be needed for excavation and the construction work.
Greetings Sir I love your teaching
How many of us came from WhatsApp, gather here let's do family meeting 😅😅😅. This is great Ade
Thanks a bunch
This is amazing 🎉🎉🎉🎉
fantastic detailed video.
Thanks bro ✌️
Where is this project? Thank you so much
where is the project? Thank you so much
I just found out that there was no chaining while casting the colums instead the blocks were been casted without iron chaining Will it be solid as well Because in Nigeria here (some part I might say) do the chaining with 12mm or 16mm iron depending on the building height
I'm an engineer just graduated, looking forward to learning more from your videos so i can be good practically
Thank you for watching
Just found your videos. I need you and will definitely use an experienced person with the guidance of the videos. Some of our houses in SA are falling apart. I won't afford an architect neither an engineer. Wish to reach out to you when we start our project
Thank you for watching! I will be looking forward to that!
I'm glad I found this channel, will be building a retirement home in rural, haven't seen any of these being applied back home. I cannot afford engineers neither an architect. I wonder if it will help to use an experienced person who built for whites and he's recommended by those whites south Africans.
Great
Thanks for sharing and I want to know if the average length of a profiles you state 2.7m is it constant to use for any profile calculations?
Thank you for watching! The average profile length is NOT constant.
@@cluelessjunkie okay I should use the same procedure to have it right? Thanks for responding
I still don't get it sir and I really want to wrap my head on it, help me out on this average profile length please.
A profile length is whatever length the 2x2 wood was cut into. You could even specify the length you want at a sawmill. Most likely, you would acquire the wood after they have been cut - take the individual lengths of the wood, then get the average; this average becomes your AVERAGE PROFILE LENGTH
@@cluelessjunkie ok now I got it and thank you.
